Reservation application Camping Le Mondou
Conditions to book a pitch:
To book a pitch to do an advanced payment of € 50, per pitch per week, within 14 days after the reservation. Your reservation is final after we have received your advanced payment. You get of this an affirmative. The remainder musrt be paid 4 weeks before arriving.
Your pitch is available for you from 12pm on the day of arrival. The day of departure you should have left your pitch at 12pm.
We only accept written cancelations. In this case we will charge you:
- up till 4 weeks before the date of arrival your advanced payment;
- within 4 weeks before the date of arrival 100% of the total amount.
It is recommended to have a cancellation insurance.
Conditions to hire a tent or a mobil-chalet:
You serve an advanced payment of the guarantor of € 250,-, within 2 weeks after the reservation. The reservation is final as soon as we have received your guarantor. You get of this an affirmative. The remainder must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. The guarantor will be returned within 14 days after you've left. In case of damages or missing inventory we will reduce this from the guarantor. At arrival the tenant must report himself at the reception, to receive the keys and some documentation. The rented must be left behind with a correct inventory and broomclean. The (obliged) cleaningcosts are € 35,- for a mobil-chalet and € 25,- for a tent, to be paid on arrival. If a later arrival is not communicated, the hiring object remains available 24 hours after the reservation date.
Your booked mobil-chalet or tent applies of Saturday 15pm until Saturday 10am.

Animals are not allowed in the Mobil-chalets.
To bring along for the mobil-chalet: your personal linen as sheets and towels.
To bring along for a tent: pillows, blankets, linen.

If after 2 weeks the advanced payment is not done, we consider the application as unlawfully, and the application without further communications and rights being cancelled. As soon as we have received your advanced payment we will send you a definite affirmative. The total amount should be paid 4 weeks before arriving. If not we have the right to cansel the reservation without any refund and let it to a third party.
Tip 1: Don't arrive too early, your mobil-chalet or tent is still occupied, and available after 15pm.
Tip 2: Wether you're camping or renting something, don't forget to insure yourself for a cancellation insurance to avoid any financial damage in case of illness or worse.
